You can select either of the customer's screens to see content. Accept the customer's incoming connection. Once this is done, the share icon will show on the customer's device. The customer will see a text dialog box which they will need to allow the request. The customer will need to click 'Run'. Just add the customer email address and send Send an invitation email to the customer. In order to start a Bomgar remote support session from within Oxford Service Manager (OSM), the Bomgar Representative Console must be installed on your machine. 
The customer will be advised of the session ending and can ignore the survey which will appear.

Once the installation is complete, start a Bomgar remote support session from your desktop by clicking the Bomgar icon.
